By accessing and using simbiosisboutique.com and placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, please refrain from using the site.

2. Products and availability

Our catalogue includes food supplements made from functional mushrooms, gourmet mushrooms and derived products, original graphic artwork and artisanal pieces. Descriptions, images and published information are indicative and may be updated without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products or limit purchase quantities per customer at any time.

Inventory availability is updated in real time. If a product sells out after your purchase, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or a substitution.

3. COFEPRIS notice

The functional mushroom supplements offered by Simbiosis are complementary to a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. They are not medicines and do not replace medical treatment. The information on this site is provided for informational and educational purposes, and does not replace professional diagnosis, treatment or medical advice.

None of the statements on this site has been evaluated by the Federal Commission for the Protection against Sanitary Risks (COFEPRIS) to treat, cure, prevent or diagnose any disease. Consult a health professional before taking supplements if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take prescription medication.

4. Purchase process

  1. You select products and add them to your cart.
  2. You complete the shipping and billing details form.
  3. You choose a payment method.
  4. You confirm and complete payment.
  5. You receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order.

The purchase is finalised once payment confirmation is received. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of incorrect information, suspected fraud or stock depletion, with a full refund to the customer.

5. Prices and payment

All prices published on the site are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT where applicable. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Shopify Payments
  • Mercado Pago (cards, bank transfer, cash at convenience stores)

The charge is made upon confirming the purchase. We do not store credit card data; all payment processing is handled by certified providers.

8. Fungal Art

The screen prints are original limited-edition works created by César Kevin Pérez Pacheco, designer, artist, biologist and mycologist. All copyright belongs to the artist. Purchasing a screen print does not transfer any right of reproduction, public communication, distribution, transformation or commercialisation of the work, beyond personal and private use of the acquired copy.

9. Intellectual property

All content published on simbiosisboutique.com, including texts, images, logos, illustrations, photographs and design, is the property of Simbiosis | The Mushroom Boutique or of its respective holders, and is protected by Mexican and international intellectual property law. Its total or partial reproduction without express written authorisation is prohibited.

10. Personal data protection

The personal data you share with us when placing an order or creating an account (name, email, address, telephone) is processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice and with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. We use your data exclusively to process your orders, send you information about your purchase and, with your consent, for marketing communications. We do not share or sell your information to third parties, except to the payment and logistics providers strictly necessary to complete your order.

11. Limitation of liability

Within the limits established by applicable Mexican law, Simbiosis | The Mushroom Boutique shall not be liable for:

  • Adverse reactions arising from improper use of the products or from use without prior medical consultation.
  • Indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to the use of the website.
  • Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control (force majeure, third-party failures, among others).

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the corresponding update date. Continued use of the site after changes are published implies acceptance of them.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
