Shipping policy

At Simbiosis | The Mushroom Boutique we prepare and ship every order with care, making sure your products arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery time

Total delivery time is 5 to 7 business days, counted from payment confirmation to receipt of the package. Orders are prepared Monday through Friday during business hours.

Zones and costs

  • Local SMA (San Miguel de Allende and nearby municipalities): 1 to 2 business days. Free.
  • Nationwide (all of Mexico): 5 to 7 business days. $180 MXN.

Free shipping on domestic orders over $800 MXN.

Store pickup

You may pick up your order at no cost at Mercado Sano, Ancha de San Antonio 123, Colonia San Antonio, San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato. Select the pickup option at checkout. We will email you when your order is ready, generally within 24 business hours.

Order tracking

Once your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking number and the carrier's tracking link. You may also check the status from your account in the store.

Packaging and product care

All our products are packed with protective materials. Powders and capsules are sensitive to humidity and extreme heat; if your order travels to an area with adverse weather conditions, we recommend storing it properly upon receipt.

Undelivered orders

If the carrier reports a failed delivery attempt, the package is held at the nearest office for 5 business days. After that period it returns to our warehouse and we will contact you to arrange reshipment, which will carry an additional shipping cost.

Damage during shipping

If your order arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging, photograph it before opening the package and contact us within 48 hours of receipt, at simbiosissanmiguel@gmail.com or by WhatsApp at +52 415 177 4937. We will assess the case and file a claim with the carrier if appropriate.

International shipping

We do not currently ship internationally. If you are outside Mexico and wish to purchase our products, write to us and we will assess options on a personalized basis.
