2. Products and availability
Our catalog includes dietary supplements made from functional mushrooms, gourmet mushrooms and derived products, original graphic works and artisanal pieces. Published descriptions, images and information are indicative and may be updated without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products or limit the quantity sold per customer at any time.
If a product sells out after your purchase, we will notify you immediately and offer a full refund or a substitution.
3. COFEPRIS notice
The functional mushroom supplements offered by Simbiosis are products that complement a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. They are not medicines and do not replace medical treatment. The information on this site is provided for informational and educational purposes, and does not replace professional medical diagnosis, treatment or advice.
None of the statements on this site have been evaluated by the Federal Commission for the Protection against Sanitary Risk (COFEPRIS) to treat, cure, prevent or diagnose disease. Consult a health professional before consuming supplements if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or take prescription medication.
4. Purchase process
- You select the products and add them to the cart.
- You complete the shipping and billing details form.
- You select the payment method.
- You confirm and complete payment.
- You receive a confirmation email with the summary of your order.
The purchase is finalized once payment confirmation is received. We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of incorrect information, suspected fraud or depleted inventory, with a full refund to the customer.
5. Prices and payments
All prices are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT where applicable. We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Shopify Payments, and Mercado Pago. The charge is made upon confirming the purchase. We do not store card data; processing is handled by certified providers.

8. Fungal Art
The screen prints are original limited-edition works created by César Kevin Pérez Pacheco, designer, artist, biologist and mycologist. All copyright belongs to the artist. The purchase of a screen print does not transfer rights of reproduction, public communication, distribution, transformation or commercialization of the work, beyond the personal and private use of the copy acquired.
9. Intellectual property
All content on simbiosisboutique.com, including texts, images, logos, illustrations, photographs and design, is the property of Simbiosis | The Mushroom Boutique or of its respective holders, and is protected by Mexican and international intellectual property law. Its total or partial reproduction without express written authorization is prohibited.
10. Protection of personal data
The personal data you share when making a purchase or creating an account (name, email, address, telephone) is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. We use it exclusively to process your orders, send you information about your purchase and, with your consent, for marketing communications. We do not share or sell your information to third parties, except to the payment and logistics providers strictly necessary to complete your order.
11. Limitation of liability
Simbiosis | The Mushroom Boutique shall not be liable for adverse reactions arising from incorrect use of the products or use without prior medical consultation; for indirect, incidental or consequential damages related to use of the website; nor for service interruptions due to causes beyond our control. The foregoing applies within the limits established by applicable Mexican law.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with the corresponding update date. Continued use of the site after publication implies acceptance.
13. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato, waiving any other jurisdiction.
