Shipping Policy

At Simbiosis | The Mushroom Boutique we process and ship every order with care, making sure your products arrive in perfect condition.

Delivery time

Total delivery time is 3 to 5 business days, counted from payment confirmation to receipt of the package. Orders are prepared Monday through Friday during business hours.

Free nationwide shipping on orders from $3,000 MXN.

Store pickup

You can pick up your order at no cost at Mercado Sano, Ancha de San Antonio 123, second floor, Colonia San Antonio, San Miguel de Allende, Guanajuato. Select the pickup option at checkout. We'll notify you by email or WhatsApp once your order is ready, generally within 24 business hours.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships you'll receive an email with the tracking number and the carrier's tracking link. You can also check your order status from your account in the store.

Packaging and product care

All our products are packed with protective materials to guarantee their integrity in transit. Powders and capsules are sensitive to humidity and extreme heat; if your order travels to an area with adverse weather conditions, we recommend storing it properly upon arrival.

Undelivered orders

If the carrier reports a failed delivery attempt, the package is held at the nearest office for 5 business days. After that period it returns to our warehouse and we'll contact you to arrange reshipment, which will carry an additional shipping cost.

Damage in transit

If your order arrives with visible damage to the outer packaging, take photographs before opening the package and contact us within 48 hours of receipt at simbiosissanmiguel@gmail.com or via WhatsApp at +52 415 177 4937. We'll assess the case and open a claim with the carrier if applicable.

International shipping

We do not ship internationally at this time. If you're outside Mexico and would like our products, write to us and we'll evaluate options on a personalized basis.
