Mexico has more than 350 documented species of edible wild mushrooms — and also some of the deadliest in the world. How well can you tell them apart?
This is a game to learn from, not a field guide. Never eat a wild mushroom based on what you see here, in a photo or online. Many edible and deadly species look remarkably alike. Safe foraging is only learned in the field, with an expert or a nanacatera.

Remember: not even 100% in this game makes you a forager. Faced with a real mushroom, always consult an expert. Doubt is to be respected: at any uncertainty, do not eat.
