Sautéed Wild Mushrooms with Soy and Sesame Sauce

Ingredients
- 300 g mixed seasonal wild mushrooms, cut into medium pieces
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
- Vegetable oil for sautéing; chives for serving

Preparation
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
- Add the garlic and sauté for a few seconds.
- Add the wild mushrooms and sauté for 5 to 6 minutes, until browned and they release their juices.
- Add the soy sauce and sesame oil; mix well.
- Finish with toasted sesame seeds and fresh chives.
- Serve immediately as a side dish or main course with rice.
