Within Mexican and European mycophagy there is a highly prized culinary exponent; edible mushrooms of the genus Boletus are typically robust and spongy in appearance. "Pancitas" (little bellies) is the common name given to them by the communities where they grow. Very rich and hearty when prepared: true little bellies.
